What do I need to place an order?
To place an order:
- You must be 21 years or older
- Must have a valid shipping address
- Use a valid payment.
Can I cancel, edit, or add to my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, feel free to contact on Telegram @TrustedHerblist, and we’ll verify the cancellation for you. Afterward, you can proceed to place your new order
When does my order ship out?
We generally require a processing time of 24-48hrs to get your order packed and ready to ship, but we normally can get your order out the same day after your payment has been received and confirmed. All orders and payment received after 12:00pm will be shipped the next business day. And yes we ship to all 50 states if you have a valid address
How do you package my shipment?
We understand the importance of discretion. Our weed products are vacuum-sealed for freshness and bubble-wrapped for maximum protection.
